There are now 1210 characters in the whole system. This is where I have decided to stop and will continue writing any other words in akagu. There are obviously thousands of words left in Igbo, but many of these are made up of some of the words already in the system.

If you would like to use the characters in anything digitally without having to redraw them then you can download the PDF from scribd (click the image above) and import it into any illustration program that supports PDF and vector images. This is how it has to be done since there has to be documented widespread use of the system (like popular literature) before encoding of the glyphs is considered by unicode.
